Click on "Order / Download Software Products" on toolbar at top that gives you a very long url so it is not feasible to send it.  You then have a menu  - that today has been upgraded so you no longer have to register for v5.0.  Click on it, and voila. You can download the program.  Do the usual things, and install it on your PC.  You are up and running with PAF - it uses the gedcom standard.
